What we offer

 

Personal / Private coaching sessions - A personal training session just for runners. Great for beginners or runners concerned about their running technique. I currently coach junior athletes for speed development ( one a state hockey player for example ) and marathoners wanting practical advice on how to train to improve their PB in their next race.

 

I can also provide swimming and gym facilities for fitness or triathlon training sessions in Pyrmont, Sydney, aswell as speed work running and technique drills in various parks in the Sydney CBD area.

 

Allow 90 mins for a first session, but usually 45min to 1hr is ideal. Sydney CBD or Sutherland Shire only.

 

Group training sessions for Junior aged athletes - I coach middle distance runners in the Sutherland Shire twice a week, Monday afternoons in Sutherland and Thursday evenings at the 400m tartan track at Sylvania Waters. New athletes welcome. Please call or email me for details.

 

Starting in January 2012, I will offer group training runs in the Sydney CBD also. More details to follow shortly.

 

Online Coaching - PB Running also offers personal online coaching programs for experienced marathoners, first time marathoners, beginners, half marathons and 10km events. Actually, I can write a personal coaching program for any event or goal you can name. This includes weekly feedback sessions between athlete and coach, and half price personal training sessions.

 

Running can be a difficult activity to master, but their are hints I can share to help make the journey less stressful. A happy runner is a successful one. If you have the motivation to train, I have your road map to that finish line!
